Spinach and Cottage Cheese Rolls
Simple and easy snack rolls with a classic flavour.
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp pesto, sun-dried tomato, jarred
- 1 cup spinach, baby chopped
- 2 pastry, puff, ready made, reduced fat
- 2 tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 180° celsius and line an oven tray with baking paper.
Combine cottage cheese, pesto and spinach in a bowl.
Cut each of the pastry sheets in half.
Put a quarter of mixture down the centre of each rectangle and brush milk down one side.
Roll the pastry over and pinch to close.
Cut each roll in half and place on baking tray.
Brush each roll with remaining milk.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
