Spinach and Cottage Cheese Rolls

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp pesto, sun-dried tomato, jarred
  • 1 cup spinach, baby chopped
  • 2 pastry, puff, ready made, reduced fat
  • 2 tbsp milk


  • Preheat oven to 180° celsius and line an oven tray with baking paper.
  • Combine cottage cheese, pesto and spinach in a bowl.
  • Cut each of the pastry sheets in half.
  • Put a quarter of mixture down the centre of each rectangle and brush milk down one side.
  • Roll the pastry over and pinch to close.
  • Cut each roll in half and place on baking tray.
  • Brush each roll with remaining milk.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.
